The Lineage II Dev Team is working hard on getting the next free update ready. Lineage II The 1st Throne: The Kamael will not only be a transition from The Chaotic Chronicle to The Chaotic Throne, it is also the largest update to the game since it launched over three years ago.

Called The 1st Throne: The Kamael, it will include over 1GB of content and features. Some of these include a new race, fortress control battles, new lands and instanced dungeons. The most noticeable of the new content will be the addition of a new race: The Kamael.

Now our new friends from Australian and New Zealand should prepare US dollars for billing before rolling up their sleeves to march forth the world of Lineage II. Small change to those new subscribers pay for their accounts have been implemented by NCsoft.

However, current active customers will not be affected and continue to pay in Euros or Pounds. If you wish to pay in US dollars instead may contact Billing Support. Any current inactive accounts in Australian and New Zealand will have their billing set automatically to US dollars.

Anyhow, some friends have to spent more time in checking their US dollars reserve or heading for the bank for exchange before tasting their long-awaited Lineage II.

L2Mine News Update - Lineage Radio is Live!

Hong Kong S.A.R., China August 18, 2006 - NCsoft has announced that Lineage Radio (www.lineageradio.com) has launched and is the official Internet radio station of Lineage II. To listen a player can use programs like Windows Media Player or Winamp to open the station's URL. The Winamp URL is http://www.lineageradio.com/l2r128.pls or http://www.lineageradio.com/l2r128.asx if using Windows Media Player.

The program will connect and play the content they are broadcasting over the Internet. Lineage Radio uses a volunteer staff of DJ's who play music of their own choosing, which will usually be rock or techno. The station will also play Lineage II content such as interviews and news, and will have Lineage II related contests. All of the current news and content is related to the North America/Europe service only.
